Corrections, questions and press. We read everything that arrives.
Email info@flameandflagstone.com, or use the form below. Corrections go to the top of the pile, because a site whose whole argument is "we show the arithmetic" has to be fixable when the arithmetic is wrong.
Corrections come first
If a number on this site is wrong, we want to know, and we will fix it in public rather than quietly. That is easier here than on most sites: every cost, runtime and coverage figure has either a named source or its working printed next to it, so a disagreement can be about a specific step instead of a conclusion.
The most useful correction names the page, the figure, and what you think it should be. If you have a manufacturer document that contradicts something here, send it — a published spec beats our arithmetic every time, and we will say so on the page. How corrections work.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty, returns or a faulty unit. We do not sell anything and we have no relationship with any manufacturer. Your retailer or the maker's support line is the only route that works.
- Whether a specific installation is safe. Clearances, gas fitting and electrical load are not things to settle by email with a stranger. Your unit's manual wins, and where the manual is unclear the answer is a licensed installer — see safety and clearances.
- Which heater to buy for a space we cannot see. The honest version of that answer is the BTU calculator plus the coverage page, and both are free and on this site.
Press, and everything else
